How does payment work?

No payment is taken on the website. After your order is received, the store team reviews it and contacts you with the available payment instructions before dispatch.

We deliver to all 27 European Union member states. Standard delivery takes an estimated 3–6 business days; Express takes 1–3 business days.

Standard delivery is €4.90 and becomes free when the order subtotal reaches €75. Express delivery is always €9.90. Other currencies are converted from the EUR base price.

The thank-you page contains your order number, customer and delivery details, itemised totals and a print button. Keep its private link for your records.

Are product health claims independently verified?

No. We describe products with cautious wording and avoid medical claims. Products do not replace veterinary care; always follow the label and consult a veterinarian for individual health or dietary needs.
